Tom Humphreys joined CANA-SPEC in late 2005 as an independent contractor and our clients continue to appreciate his professional approach and dedication to their needs. Tom brings over 30 years of experience in construction and facility maintenance, most recently as Project Manager for SNC-Lavalin ProFac, one of the leading engineering and construction firms in the world.

Tom is a Registered Home Inspector (RHI) with the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI) and an Architectural Technologist. Tom recently completed test inspections to obtain his (NCH) National Certificate Holder designation. He is a graduate of Algonquin Colleges Home Inspector Program, and the Home Inspectors Training Institute.

Tom is available seven days a week and prides himself on providing the highest standard in home inspection and personal service. His goal is to provide you with the knowledge and understanding required to make an informed decision.
